One of the best strategies for community inclusion is employment, and that’s why all of our employment supports are community-based. Likewise, our supports for those in the process of finding a job, volunteering, or those who are retired, also have a heavy emphasis on creating a sense of community and inclusion.
Our Community Focus Means We Come to You
At CIP, we’re proud of our decentralized and community-based approach to support. Instead of having people come to us, we join them where they live and work. Currently we support people in various areas of the Twin Cities, with a focus on Hennepin, Ramsey, and Dakota Counties
Whether people choose to work or to explore retirement opportunities, we support them as they engage in personally satisfying and rewarding activities that promote their participation in and contribution to their communities.
