Residential Services for Adults with Developmental Disabilities

Community Involvement Programs (CIP) provides residential services and housing to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities in Hennepin and Pine County, Minnesota. Our goal is to provide the support and opportunity for adults with disabilities to feel genuinely at home — whether it be in their own apartment, or a home we manage.

More than a place to stay, a community to be a part of.

We offer a number of different support options, from help in a participant’s own home to adult foster care homes for those who need 24 hour support. Regardless of what space they’re in, the men and women we work with are encouraged and supported to become active in their community. To aid in that effort, staff provide ongoing training and support for:

  • Developing community living skills
  • Participation in recreation and leisure opportunities
  • Encouragement and help building relationships with members of the neighborhood

Find the option that’s right for you.
